1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and comel33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at comel33.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the comel33 platform — including its casino games, live casino services, sports betting markets, promotional systems and account management tools — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this Agreement in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using comel33 and close any account you may have created.

comel33 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore gambling jurisdiction. This Agreement does not imply that comel33 is regulated or endorsed by any Malaysian government body. Players based in Malaysia are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling activities is lawful under applicable Malaysian law.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account created during the registration process at comel33.cam.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or another supported currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-play credits, reload bonuses or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under an active promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, table game, live dealer game, slot machine, lottery-style product, arcade game, crash game or sports betting market made available through the comel33 platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required under the Platform's operating obligations.
• "Platform" means the comel33 website, mobile-responsive interface, and all related gaming and support systems accessible at comel33.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, account and support functions offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount of real-money wagering that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

3. Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain a comel33 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. comel33 enforces this requirement strictly through identity verification procedures.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and are not doing so as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which the operation of, or participation in, online gambling is prohibited by law.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from comel33 or had your Account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
6. Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial, professional or on-behalf-of-third-party purpose.
7. You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

comel33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your Account.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the comel33 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Malaysian mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. comel33 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify comel33 support immediately at: [email protected].

comel33 may introduce two-factor authentication ("2FA") or other additional security measures. Where such measures are made available, Players are strongly encouraged to activate them.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. comel33 currently supports the following Malaysian payment channels, subject to availability at the time of your transaction:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay
• DuitNow QR and FPX Online Banking
• Malaysian bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
• Cryptocurrency deposits including USDT

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of each transaction. comel33 does not impose deposit fees, however your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit unless otherwise approved by comel33's accounts team. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Processing times vary by payment channel, but comel33 targets completion within the same business day for verified accounts.

Unverified Accounts: Withdrawal requests submitted from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. comel33 will not be liable for delays arising from an incomplete verification process.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

comel33 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards and loyalty tier benefits. All promotions are subject to specific promotional terms which are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible players only. comel33 reserves the right to exclude specific players or player groups from any promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds not meeting the Wagering Requirement before expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible game categories. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• comel33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion with reasonable prior notice where operationally necessary.
• Abuse of promotional systems — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, coordinated play or exploitation of system errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to Account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

comel33 offers casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets. All games offered on the Platform utilise random number generation ("RNG") technology or live streaming of physical game outcomes, as applicable. Game results are final once confirmed by the relevant system. Queries regarding a settled result must be raised with support within 7 days of the relevant event.

Sports Betting: In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or other unforeseen event, settlements will follow the relevant sports book rules applicable to that market. comel33 reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds were published due to system error or human error.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet or wager amounts are displayed within each game or market. comel33 may impose individual player stake limits at its reasonable discretion, particularly where patterns of play suggest concerns regarding responsible gambling or system integrity.

Disconnections: comel33 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions during gameplay, including but not limited to internet disconnections, server maintenance periods or device failure on the Player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during live sessions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the comel33 platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or in the name of any third party.
• Using the Services on behalf of any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account or access your login credentials.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, money laundering or market manipulation.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other players.
• Exploiting known or suspected software errors, pricing errors or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage including KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing communication directed at comel33 staff or other platform users.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing or tax evasion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the comel33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, promotional materials, audio-visual elements and software code, is owned by or licensed to comel33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from comel33.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, comel33, its licensors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

comel33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with your device or network.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, comel33's total liability to you shall be limited to the value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

11. Suspension & Termination

comel33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 21 years.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML policy violations, or collusion.
• A formal self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.
• A request received through a recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Regulatory obligation or legal compulsion.

Where a Player's Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to any active dispute, forfeiture or legal hold may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting comel33 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. A voluntarily closed Account may be reopened upon written request, subject to review.

12. Responsible Gambling

comel33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering debt, or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

comel33 provides the following responsible gambling tools within the Player Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that are triggered after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of between 1 and 42 days. During this period, the Account cannot be used for any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from comel33 may submit a self-exclusion request. Upon confirmation, the Account will be closed and the player's details will be retained to prevent re-registration.

Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour, or about the behaviour of someone they know, are encouraged to seek independent support. Relevant resources available to Malaysian residents include Talian Kasih 15999 (a government welfare hotline) and GamCare (an international support organisation). 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which comel33 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause prevents comel33 from seeking injunctive or other relief in any jurisdiction as required.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact comel33 support to seek an informal resolution. comel33 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with applicable procedures under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding on both parties.

14. Amendments to These Terms

comel33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published at comel33.cam/terms-conditions and will take effect 14 days following the date of publication, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, in which case they take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
